Wok Inn, Crowborough - Wealden

Went there with the family last week and the food and service was outstanding. Although is was busy we still didn't have to wait too long for our food. Some of the dishes may be a bit pricey but it was of excellent quality, very tasty and big portions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very welcoming, they also have a backyard for smokers. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

FYI they just scored a 1 and failed their health inspection. I will remove this when they get a passing score. This is a breach of trust between us and the chef. Who knows what we have eaten.

Having discovered that this restaurant scored 1 on last year's council Food Hygiene rating only after we had placed our order, we were filled with trepidation. However we need not have worried. The food was of excellent quality, really tasty and plenty of it.The service was great friendly staff, prompt delivery and although more than we would expect to pay at home in Norfolk, the price seems reasonable for the area.Would definitely use again if in the area.

They managed to fit us in w/o a booking on Saturday night!! Our son, aged 8 was looked after with Chips Chicken chocolate ice cream, thank you! That left us to have a really enjoyable Chinese meal, lovely flavours and reasonably priced. Highly recommended

Went here on Saturday evening as a group of 6 were served our first course and were then ignored for next hour didn't get our main course as taxi arrived to pick us up there had obviously been a problem in the kitchen but we were very disappointed by the experience.what makes it worse was that the food we had was very nice but wont be going back any time soon
