The Anchor Inn - Wealden

I'm sitting here in the beer garden, enjoying the late summer sun, having just demolished a wonderful cheese & coleslaw baguette.

For lunch. beautiful, fast service and a table in the bar. vegan nussbraten was delicious. vegan burger less, apart from the beautiful chips. they served beyond burgers who are amazing.

. .. but a scandal that the staff apparently didn't interfere today

Friendly staff. dog-friendly. nice menu. options for gluten-free and vegetarian nutrition. nice hot, delicious coffee. the food was delicious and would certainly recommend it.

Friendly, helpful staff, a menu that is a refreshing change from the run of the mill menu that are offered in the rule in pubs all at affordable trips, dog friendly and finally very important to me, the loo’s were immaculate. we will definitely visit this pub again if we are next in sussex
