Thai Village - Wealden

Our group had high hopes for this restaurant after reading some reviews, but unfortunately our experience was not great. The atmosphere was cold and uncomfortable, and the meals we ordered were served quickly but were cold and very small. One person in our party even suspected they may have been microwave meals. The desserts and drinks we ordered were not enjoyable and were overpriced. In the end, we felt we were overcharged for our mediocre meal. We will not be returning and suggest others proceed with caution.

Outstanding, the ones that says not as good as it was sounds like Quantity over Quality where actually less is more so do not take any notice of that. here with Family and All of us said it was delicious to a point where we are going back tomorrow night and booking for new Year

Sadly the declined in quality recently. The flavours aren’t as good as they were. Also seems as though they’ve reduced the amount of meat in a dish as well as increasing prices, I would understand one or the other with inflation but not both. However the service was excellent and there is a nice ambiance.

This was the closest restaurant to our B&B. We walked there. The food was Take Away Thai style, but cooked fresh each time. We could hear the kitchen. Red curry and Pad Thai. I am gluten free and my meal was safe. Nothing outstanding but satisfying and we returned there 2 weeks later. We both found both meals a little bland. Service was slow, but friendly.

I am thrilled with my experience at Thai Village! It can be difficult for me to find restaurants that accommodate my unusual allergies, but the staff at Thai Village were incredibly helpful. The waitress took the time to explain the menu and offered suggestions without any hassle. The food was absolutely delicious, I could have easily eaten it all over again without any issues. The value for the quality of the food was superb. I will definitely be returning with friends to this fantastic restaurant!
