Mcdonald's - Waynesville

I pulled through this McDonalds this morning during breakfast time with a rather odd request.. We had just discovered that we were going to have to put our beloved dog Shadow to sleep, the cancer we had hoped was gone came back this week and there was nothing left to do. Our odd request was to give our boy one last hamburger.. Which the manager gladly cook, one of the girls added bacon and yet another sent out ice cream. I wish I had gotten their names because they made Shadows last meal a truly special one. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We are tourists here, so for us it was nice to one night during our stay to find a place to go to that's the same as everywhere else, and you know what you're getting. That after having eaten at German places for the last week. But how do you rate a McDonald's? This branch looked clean and modern, and apart from that you guys know the rest. And that's the beauty, right?

Young man at the register was very kind tonight and did a fantastic job. He honestly deserves a raise.

Boo McDonalds. Charge more for the McFlurry, take out the spoon/mixer, not fill to the top, and not put enough toppings in it. Do better. These things aren't cheap.
