Good is good but it's not the hibachi I'm use too no sake no cooking in front of you

One star is honestly a stretch. This place was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever. The inside was dingy and run down, there were boxes and trash all over the place. Our food was god awful, out of appetizers and entree I only had 2 edible bites. Yamato in petal is always my favorite place to eat, but Waynesboro has honestly ruined Yamatos for me.

First Server was first rate, very friendly and very helpful. Suppose to be Japanese Sushi/Hibachi restaurant. No really busy when we first got there around 7 pm. Pickup around 7:30. Don't know about the sushi. We order Hibachi. Not your typical Hibachi grill. Suppose to be rice with chicken and shrimp and vegetables. No egg, only vegetables was a few stalks broccoli (mostly stalks), half a slice of zucchini, 3 slivers of onion, and 2 slivers of mushrooms. Should of had a side salad, but that never came. All the other Japanese HIBACHI restaurants I've ate at, the food came straight off the grill to the plate. I don't know about this one, but the food was cold before we got half finished.
