Wendy's - Waynesboro

I really like Wendy's, but this particular location seems to be lacking in care. From finding a flattened rat in the drive-thru to dealing with a locked lobby during my pickup, my experience has been frustrating. They also got my order wrong, and when I returned to fix it, they gave me another incorrect order. I'm sorry, Dave Thomas, but I still support you. Food rating: 3/5.

Vegetarian options: They offer salads. Child-friendly: There are kids’ meals and high chairs available. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces and easy access to the entrance. They also have a drive-thru.

The restaurant had water on the floor, and the trash bins were overflowing. The staff hired to make sandwiches seemed unhappy and frequently complained about their work. The service was very slow. Food rating: 3/5.

Good, but this particular location was freezing this past Friday. We had to get our food to go because it was far too cold to eat inside. Perhaps this was intentional by staff?Otherwise, the food is good and our orders have been accurate when we pass through town.
