Very friendly she tried best to get pizza out as soon as possible. I hope this girl gets an increase or pay for two, I would be overwhelmed, but she has an amazing job. I'm sure I asked her name before I left so she could get credit. You can't find any more workers.
So I ordered a deep dish pepperoni and the dough just didn't get up. I called her to inform her about it and the lady I spoke with really sound upset and let me down that I had a bad pizza. She insisted that I come immediately and let her replace the pizza and make it right. She literally took it personally that my food was not the best quality. Everyone makes mistakes, so we learn to do things right. I'm not going to buy pizza, but from now on.
Pizza is ok. Price is excellent. All this is expected. However pizzas are never ready, even the pepperoni or the extra most bestest.
Sometimes they don't spread the toppings all the way to the edge of the crust so you're left with mostly bread. Also they don't put enough sauce on the pizza. It's a good deal but you get what you pay for.
Who doesn't love fast food pizza? Little Caesars of course is known for quick and fast carry-outs of your orders, but the addition of the pizza portal makes everything more accommodating. This specific location in Waynesboro unfortunately is not able to keep up with the high traffic, not only the drive-through itself is narrow and very slow service, but the lobby and register area also is cramped and the current staff is not alert to making every customer acknowledged when they arrive, but fall short on being up-to-date on current specials or meal deals, including the service to recommending new items or add-on side dishes. My experience just recently was again unfortunately terrible, it was 15 minutes before I was even taken at the register, but then rudely serviced taking my order making me feel more like a burden than a profitable customer. My recommendation is ordering ahead online or using the app to totally Sidetrack any involvement with the staff. As a little bonus I will slip a Insider secret, make sure you mention how you felt upset over the drive-thru wait time making you have to walk inside..... the manager by policy is supposed to give you free crazy bread or a 15% discount at total pricing!!! Hint hint FREEBIE FOR THE DAY FOR YALL!
