Staff is super kind, desserts and coffee is amazing! Literally couldn’t ask for a better place for a break

So far the best Italian pastry shop is all of NJ. Everything I tried was very good. The sfogliatelle was excellent except it lacked citrus peel taste. The other cakes are all good and not too sweet as they should be. The pistachio gelato was good as well. I highly recommend this place.

What a delicious place to eat or snack. They have a surprising menu and of course you must have a pastry to top it off! The cappuccino had the froth heart...I never saw that in person, loved it!

I have to admit, this slice of Italy is in the absolute worst location sorta on sorta off Route 23 near the mall. HOWEVER you know it 's good 'cause the parking lot is always full (and getting to that lot ain 't easy). The May be one of the last Italian pastry shops were English is second to Italian. This is NOT the Sopranos or Jersey Shore crowd, the clientele is real Italians from...wait for it...Italy. I can only so weak for the Lobster Tail...best this side of Italy! They also serve up a lunch which looks devine.

Honestly all I can say is WOW. This place was amazing. Very authentic and very welcoming. I came for lunch with some coworkers and I am truly sad I had never been before. What on earth was I waiting for?? Palazzone has every pastry and cake and cookie one could dream of. You name it, I'm sure they have it. They have a little area to sit and eat panini, salads, pastas, etc. Our group shared a delicious charcuterie board. I had the Olivia salad which was a huge portion and very filling. It's rare I see tuna like this on a menu so I knew I needed to have it. We were celebrating a coworker and split the most delicious Nutella cake. It was light and covered in hazelnuts. I wanted to lick the plate. My parents literally went days later at my recommendation. This place is in the lineup now for sure.
