Kabab Cafe - Wayne

I visited this restaurant for the first time and I was definitely not disappointed. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh. They also have high chairs available for children. We tried the combo 3 which included beef, chicken, and, I believe, jojo potatoes. The portion sizes were generous. The bread served with baba ganoush was fresh, soft, and absolutely delightful. I highly recommend trying the Persian ice cream as well!

The Mediterranean food here is exceptionally delicious, and the service is quite fast. The portions are very generous for one person. I had both the beef and chicken served with rice and salad, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The lady at the front was very nice and was juggling many customers! I got the Gyro salad. Great portions and very fresh sliced Gyro meat. It comes with yogurt sauce and their bread. I wish they had a smaller container of hummus is my only complaint. I would try their platter next time with their veggies. They grill everything to order and everything I saw while I was waiting looked great. Seems more like a place to get pick up from or a quick lunch.

I am of Iranian origin and this place blew me away. Being owner of a popular Latino restaurant in NE Philly (about 30 min drive from this place) I was coming back from a catering delivery and was just craving some Persian food. Googled “Persian restaurants near me” This place is a hidden gem. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.
