Dunkin' Donuts - Wayne

This is a great spot to enjoy some coffee and donuts. The service is excellent, and the staff are very helpful.

This is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts locations I've visited. It's conveniently situated with a spacious parking lot. The woman who appears to be the owner is always present and has the sweetest, most welcoming demeanor. She prepares the best lattes, and everything is always fresh! The store is well-maintained and clean, offering plenty of tables where you can enjoy your food, coffee, or even ice cream from Baskin Robbins.

Like many others, I want to take a moment to highlight how fantastic the cashier is. She thoughtfully advised me against adding sugar to the already sweetened French vanilla and took the time to explain the differences between the syrups. Additionally, she kindly asked me to share my thoughts on it in case it didn’t meet my expectations. Whenever a customer walks in, she greets them by their first name and seems to know exactly what they want. I've been sitting here for about 30 minutes, and her dedication hasn’t wavered—she truly is a rock star! It's clear she has a loyal following of customers who come back just to see her. If I had my own business, I would hire her on the spot. She truly deserves recognition from the corporate office!

I've visited several Dunkin' locations throughout NYC, but this one stands out to me. The service is fast and friendly, the food is fantastic, and the coffee is served HOT, which I really appreciated.

On October 3, 2022, at 6:45 PM, I had the pleasure of visiting this Dunkin' Donuts location. The employee on duty was outstanding—easily the best Dunkin' Donuts worker I've encountered. As a truck driver traveling through the Northeast and Midwest, I truly appreciate the warmth and kindness I experienced. Thank you once again for the great hospitality!
