The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful! They consistently recommend the special of the day and encourage you to try their new flavors. And really, who doesn’t love ice cream?

I frequently visit this restaurant with my kids, and we absolutely enjoy it. However, I'm giving it four stars instead of five because the new staff members weren’t properly trained, which delayed our order. Additionally, my drink didn’t taste great.

I visited this restaurant on Monday night, October 2, around 7:30 PM. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by two delightful young ladies. I had my two daughters, ages seven and four, with me, and it took them a bit of time to decide on their orders, which were a little complex. Throughout the wait, the two young ladies provided us with exceptional attention and service. Thank you for a wonderful evening out for ice cream. Speaking of which, the ice cream was absolutely fantastic!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. This was my first visit, but I’ll definitely be coming back regularly! The ice was top quality, and I appreciated that they offer milk-free options, which my family enjoyed. Their milkshakes were fantastic as well; I had a junior soft serve that was delicious! The staff was quick and attentive, providing great service. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, and there’s free parking available. Overall, a wonderful place to visit!

We recently visited the Carvel ice cream shop in the Wayne Shopping Center on Valley Road. I have to say that the young female employee at the counter could use some training in customer service and proper greetings. It was off-putting to see her handling her hair before serving ice cream, using her hands in a way that seemed unclean. Whoever owns this establishment should be more involved to ensure that their staff maintain proper hygiene and professionalism. Quite disappointing, to say the least.
