The Blue Wagyu At Yankee Springs Golf Course

They were very busy, every table full, and several large holiday parties, including our own. They were staffed to handle though and our service and speed to get our food was outstanding. Everyone's food came as it was ordered. The steaks were perfect temps and so amazingly juicy and flavorful! The new owners have knocked it of the park and made this a fantastic place to come for a fine dining experience! Highly recommended!!

We went with a huge group and had excellent and prompt service. No one had to sit and wait for anyone else to get their food, as usually happens in a large crowd. All meals were excellent. The meatloaf was pure meat and huge, the portabella mushroom dinner was excellent, salad bar is great, especially the potato salad! People even raved about their French fries. The apple pie ice cream desert was fabulous! Will definitely go again. (Don?t forget your to go food because they will pitch it before you get to the door. We forgot ours, went back before I could even get out the door, and was told it was already thrown out. I felt sick because we never ate a bite of it as we were too full from the salad bar. Our mistake though, not theirs)

The food is great. Owner is always available and ensuring a great customer experience. The servers are attentive and friendly. The views are outstanding. We are so glad that you are open again!

I love the staff and the look of this restorer! It is a very nice place, lots of space and a very well maintained salad bar. The apps were also very good. However, the main entree I got was not even remotely good. Mainly because the chicken itself tasted like it was a few days old and was just revived. I can taste the difference, and it's not pleasant. While the pasta itself was good, the coarse chicken taste also sucked into it, which was not nice either. But I suppose I have that for ordering a pasta dish in such a place. You have to say that I was disappointed. I would like to come back and try other things, but probably not the chicken pasta again.

We had the mushroom brush as an appetizer and it was one of the best appetizers I ever had. Guests are welcome to return and explore the menu.
