Hibachio - Waxahachie

We usually go to the Hibachio in Midlothian, but we decided to check out the location in Waxahachie. It was just okay and not as good as the one in Midlothian. There were some flies, which was off-putting. For vegetarian options, you can have many dishes without meat. Parking is available on the side, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible at ground level. We dined in for lunch.

I recently visited this restaurant with a coworker, and as always, the food was amazing. However, I’m writing this review to highlight the exceptional customer service I received today. DT took my order promptly and accurately. When I placed a takeout order, I dropped my key, and since I was wearing a skirt, I struggled to pick it up. Without a moment's hesitation, he bent down and retrieved it for me. As someone who is pregnant, bending down can be quite difficult, so I really appreciated his kindness. Thank you, DT, for the outstanding customer service!
