Pizza Hut - Waveney

Was shocked when i walked in to see such a limited menu. Food was horrible, pizza was greasy and the salad bar had loads of fruit flies! disgusting! Very over priced.

Gone down hill. Overpriced. Manger was like a sour lemon. Asked if we wanted boxes... hell, we were still eating!!!!. At least wait till we have all finished eating before asking if we basically were leaving. Unfortunately, this was the only pizza hit we used to go to but now it will be our last time here Food basic Extremely overpriced. No one in here, not busy 4 tables including ours Manger acts like she has got a full restaurant, but 4 tables is not busy. 2 members of outfront staff, When 1 of them could have done that shift themselves.

Ordered a delivery, food didn't arrive, phoned to complain and get a refund, they refused point blank to help blaming Just Eat.......I Ordered from Pizza Hut so I expect food or refund from Pizza Hut

We had a half half pizza, which had far too much tomato base and not enough BBQ sauce for a BBQ americano. The base was like carboard and no real taste. The child's meal, well the corn on the cob, had no taste and was watery and the pizza again had far too much tomato sauce. The best bit I think was the salad and endless drink. Totally over priced for what you get. No wonder it's not busy on a peak day and time.

First they came to the table with wrong order. When order arrived with right pizza which was pepperoni feast with extra cheese. Pizza was too hard to cut with knife. Ended up picking the small amount of topping and eating that. It was a good job came with salad or would have left very hungry. Had to pay when ordering and no one bothered to ask if it was OK even though whole pizza left. Will not return.
