Innovation - Wauwatosa

The breakfast was outstanding, and the dessert was quite delicious. However, the servers appeared either overwhelmed or possibly lacking in training, which detracted a bit from the experience. Nonetheless, the quality of the food more than made up for it.

This restaurant has improved significantly over the past year. I often stop by for lunch and generally have a nice experience. One of the waiters can be quite inattentive and often mixes up orders when any changes are made, but the food is excellent, and most visits are enjoyable. They offer a great lunch buffet, along with fantastic burgers and pasta. Overall, I think the previous reviews are outdated. This place provides modern, fresh food with tidy service about 90% of the time. It's not exceptional, but it's a reliable choice for a meal.

Once we were settled, a server took our drink orders but didn’t explain the system to us. When we inquired about how to proceed, we were basically told to help ourselves. The buffet was beautifully arranged, featuring both breakfast and lunch items. The selection of fresh vegetables was impressive and healthy. The seafood offerings, including cooked shrimp, smoked salmon, and crab legs, were all delicious. The made-to-order ribs looked fantastic, and the ham was equally appealing. For the warm dishes, there were sautéed mixed vegetables, a green bean medley, and some other items I didn’t recognize—having signs for these would have been helpful. Unfortunately, the dessert menu was not provided, and I learned that the cherry cheesecake was popular; after seeing many people enjoying it, I attempted to get a piece but was out of luck. On a positive note, the servers were absolutely wonderful! They were friendly and hardworking, making our experience enjoyable, especially on such a lovely Easter Day. Thank you!
