Wanda's - Wausau

Great service, along with a good selection of drinks and a salad soup bar. However, the ribeye steaks were disappointing, as they were only half meat, with the rest being inedible gristle and fat. While I understand that ribeyes can have some gristle, this was excessive! Additionally, there was no seasoning on the steaks, resulting in a very weak flavor. Overall, I was really disappointed!

I just had the $10 haddock takeout, and it was fantastic! I enjoyed a drink and some pretzels while waiting—less than ten minutes on a Friday at 4:20 PM. The meal included a three-piece fillet, fries, a warm roll, coleslaw, and tartar sauce.

I found the prices for the fish fry to be very reasonable; my two-piece meal was only $8. We also enjoyed their Friday Old Fashioneds, which were good but could have benefited from a tad more alcohol. Nonetheless, they offered great value for the size of the glass. Overall, we will definitely be back, and I hope the business continues to thrive and support the Wausau community.

Best food options around. You wont regret eating here. Have drinks with good friends. All without breaking the bank. Highly recommended
