Taco Bell - Wausau

The restaurant is not suitable for late-night dining as they always seem to be out of something. I attempted to order a Mexican pizza meal, which consists of a Mexican pizza and two hard shell supremes, but they were unable to make a Mexican pizza. When I tried to substitute two soft shell supremes and a nachos bell grande for the Mexican pizza meal, they also couldn't accommodate my request. I was disappointed that they couldn't make a substitution and ended up canceling my order. I left a one-star review because I felt it was necessary to leave feedback, although the experience was not even worth a mark. It is not my fault that they couldn't make a Mexican pizza - Taco Bell should strive to do better and prioritize customer satisfaction. Additionally, whenever I order soft shell supremes instead of hard shell supremes, they often give me a regular taco with meat and cheese, lacking the toppings it should come with.

The staff were attentive as soon as I arrived, providing excellent service.

This was the worst food I have ever had in my life. The soft shell taco was a greasy piece of bread, and the hard shell taco was just a blob of oil. I couldn't eat any of it.
