Mcdonald's - Wausau

This was a terrible experience at McDonald's. I arrived to pick up my mobile app order and was met with rude and unhelpful staff. Despite informing them of my order, they repeatedly tried to give me someone else's order and refused to acknowledge my mobile order. The employees were unfriendly and shut the window on me multiple times. When I finally received my order, it was incomplete and incorrect. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant and do not recommend this McDonald's location. It would be better to drive a few miles down the road to a different one.

I had an amazing experience at this location! The staff were friendly and never made any mistakes with my order. The service was fantastic and the restaurant was very clean. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I could make better sandwiches than this place. The fish was undercooked and the Big Mac was unappetizing. It doesn't take a genius to make a decent sandwich.

Employees were very responsible. Food was done fast drive-through window employee even warn me that the french fries were fresh and very hot. Got home food was still hot and actually very delicious not as greasy as McDonald?s usually is

I dont know the lady 's name because she wasnt wearing a name tag but if I had to guess was in her 50s was working this morning (the 22nd) and yesterday afternoon. She was the rudest person I 've ever heard of in a drive through. I talked to managementyesterday about her attitude and obviously it didnt improve. I dont want to go through a drive through and be constantly cut offbecause she wants to be done taking my order. Or when I ask to make something a meal to hear oh god through the speakerbecause she didnt care to finish listening to what I had to say. I 'm done with this place and if mcdonalds really even caresabout their customers a little, get rid of her or make her scrub toilets where she can complain all she wants and she doesn 'thave to make it anyone elses problem.
