Culver's - Wausau

I wanted to share my experience from a visit I had about two months ago. After placing my order, I realized that I had left my debit card at home. A girl named Crystal took my order and remarkably offered to pay for my meal! I was truly taken aback by her kindness. Although I had enough cash in my purse to cover the bill, I couldn't believe someone would be so generous. I just wanted to acknowledge what a wonderful person she is and how much I appreciate her. Thank you, Crystal! She is a valuable asset to your team, and I felt it was important for you to know!

As always, Culver's serves the best butter burgers and cheese curds, and this visit did not disappoint. My only downside is the design of the drive-thru and waiting area. It feels quite cramped, making it difficult for vehicles to navigate, especially when larger vehicles are present. However, the food and the service team were excellent!

Culver's is on par with other fast food places. The service is quick, and the food is served hot and delicious. It's convenient for a quick stop; the drive-thru is spacious and efficient.

As always, Culver has the best butterburgers and cheese curds... and not disappointed them. My only negative is the design of the drive thru and waiting area. It is very stuffed and a fight for vehicles to get through when other vehicles are waiting for food, especially when larger vehicles are involved. But the food and service team were great!

Good spicy chicken sand. Taste of the day frozen yogurt has recently been ecclectic, tasty and fun. Thanks to employees for their good attitude, service with a smile and for work through these difficult times.
