Went in for a ham and cheese toasted sandwich and a coffee this afternoon before going into the cinema, coffee was great but the toastie was disgusting, the bread was warm not toasted, no butter, half a slice of ham and a piece of cheese the size of a fifty cent piece, will definitely not be going back there.

While I understand that my opinion won't impact her business, I feel it’s important to share my experience. This restaurant has always been a favorite of my wife and me, but our visit today left us quite disappointed. We ordered a few items and requested some muffins before our meal. Unfortunately, one of the staff members carelessly tossed the muffins onto our table, and when I brought it to her attention, she didn't even apologize. This will be my last visit.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. My guest and I arrived before 2:30, well over half an hour before closing time, yet we were turned away both times. I understand that it’s important for the kitchen staff to clean up, but it would be better if they communicated their closing policies more clearly. It was disappointing to be turned away twice because the staff had already shut down the equipment early.

I ordered three crepes, and they had hardly any filling. The side salad was disappointing as well, consisting of just a few spinach leaves, three slices of cucumber, and half a cherry tomato, with no dressing at all. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, covered in napkins, crumbs, and dust. Absolutely disgusting!
