Scrima's Pizza - Waukesha

Give zero stars. For years, have Scrimas from Woodmans. This weekend we have a ham. My son and mother-in-law were the only ones to eat it and get extremely sick. My mother-in-law had to be taken to the hospital where it was diagnosed with a virus-static infection, a common kind of food poisoning. We contacted Scrimas to call Joe Scrima himself. He was extremely rude, claimed in all his years, that never happened. Don't worry. He said we should settle an official complaint and maybe he's helping his insurance. He didn't care. I work with food and I'm ServSafe certified by the state of Wisconsin and this is complete garbage. Food poisoning can kill someone and the least can tame food. Sometimes it slips, its human nature. However, argue and show no concern for a customer you became sick is bad business. I'll never buy Scrimas and spread the word.

Had a piece in Wisconsin Harley-Davidson at the rally and it was great all the guys in our group all said that it was really good

Scrima's pizza is not just pizza!!! We commissioned Scrima 's to Cater My Daughter's wedding and Joe Scrima himself took care of our special day! I gave Scrima 's a 5-star review because the food and service was exceptional! The buffet included Flavorful Chicken, homemade Italian Sausage Slider (Delicious), Gluten Free Pasta Salad, Potatoes and a healthy organic Spring Mix Salad. The dessert table... There were at least 8 desserts to choose from and My personal favorite was the Cannoli Dessert. The texture was soft in the middle and crispy (with chocolate) on the outside Absolutely Wonderful! At 10 a.m. we asked that they bring out the Woodfire Pizzas and continue to exceed our expectations! When a pizza was put on the table, she was gone! There were different types of pizza (Pepperoni, Deluxe, Sausage and Cheese) and all guests enjoyed each of them! The crust on the pizza was crispy, tasteful and chewing and the toppings were well seasoned and well paired together.
