Roberts' Specialty Meats - Waukesha

I was extremely disappointed with the expensive meat at this restaurant. The cuts were poorly aged, full of gristle and fat with very little edible flesh. It was a very unsatisfying experience, to say the least.

I visit this restaurant every week for their chicken breast and ground beef, but today I spotted a pre-cooked BBQ smoked rack of ribs. This is the best ribs I've had in a long time. I found out that they now sell them ready to eat from the smoker on Saturdays. I will definitely be going back next week.

This is a decent spot to find some hard-to-find items that aren't typically stocked in larger grocery stores like Pic N.

Her housewurst is just terrible. we bought the fresh Polish, fresh Hungarian and sweet Italian. the loop is gone too fine, lack of fat and away too much water and milk powder, which escapes during cooking, this milky musk in the pan and the whole excess water rinses out the small amount of fat, which a dry crumewurst.

I've always loved roberts, but today I showed up after closing and opening a closed door. when I went back to my car, disappointed, the door open and the owner said, "hey, what do you need?"
