Pat's Rib Place - Waukesha

I can't tell you how thrilled I am that Pat's is back open on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 AM to 7 PM! I've been looking forward to ordering from them ever since they closed. My fiancé and I live just around the corner, and as soon as we drove by and saw the open sign, we couldn't resist stopping in. The food was just as incredible as we remembered. Thank you so much!

The food here is truly excellent and absolutely delicious. There was a long wait for our meals, but it was definitely worth it. Unfortunately, they were out of spare ribs, which we were eager to try for our first visit. The seating is quite limited, but they are in the process of renovating to add more and improve the seating. Because of this, I’m giving it 4 stars, but don't let that discourage you— the food is fantastic! I’ll update my rating after our next visit!

The food was great, but the service was a bit slow. The ribs and pulled pork were tender and packed with a delicious smoky flavor. There are four homemade sauces available, ranging from a sweet one with apple chunks to a spicy option that adds a nice kick.

Whenever I visit Pat's, it's a treat for the palate. My absolute favorite from the menu is the Catfish and rib tips with Pat's Homemade Barbecue Apple chunk sauce. I always leave satisfied and the staff is very courteous, friendly and professional. The atmosphere definitely gives you that down home feeling with soft Blues playing in the background while you're enjoying your meal. I always look forward to my next visit. So excited for the Downtown Milwaukee location to open!

Pat 's Rib Place is a great workday luncheon for their sandwiches and appetizers. Highly recommend the Cat Fish and Beef Brisket dinners (only dinners I 've tried)! The sauces at the table are a great selection, I love the 'Memphis MadDawg ' is flavorful and spicy!
