Mcdonald's - Waukesha

Store was very clean.. bathrooms were clean as well. Pedro.. who I think was the manager on duty at the time.. is absolutely phenomenal. Very kind generous man. He ran the store beautifully. Thank you so much Pedro!

When I got home My grandson's food was wrong. Called spoke with manager he replaced the food with a bad attitude?

I don't understand why big macs are not hot anymore. It's disghusting. Who the hell eats cold burgers?!

Unlike most fast food restaurants, this McDonald’s went above and beyond the traditional standard. Pedro, an employee at this McDonald’s. Had went above the standard by making sure every single item was fresh, he was very caring and friendly. He showed that he loved his job and that he was willing to do whatever to make the customer happy. I recommend this McDonald’s not because of the food, but because of the service Pedro gave me. I can’t thank him enough.

Quick and easy service at the drive-thru. Order was accurate and hot. Good job!
