Hibachi Boy Waukesha

As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was met with the enticing aroma of delectable Asian cuisine. They offer a variety of dishes such as sushi, hibachi, and some incredible house specials. I chatted with another customer who was also dining there for the first time. He raved about his curry dish, while I thoroughly enjoyed my pad Thai. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know. The atmosphere was enhanced by great music and a cool vibe. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.

I would give this restaurant a negative rating if I could. Without a doubt, this is the worst food I have ever had from any establishment. I ordered chicken pad thai and a mango boba tea, but what I received was extremely disappointing. The pad thai was an unnatural bright pink color, with old, congealed noodles stuck together and tasteless, over-boiled chicken. The dish was lacking in seasoning and included minimal vegetables, peanuts, lime, and cilantro. The boba tea was supposed to be mango-flavored, but I was served tamarind instead. Despite my attempts to contact the restaurant, no one answered the phone. I will be ordering from a different restaurant in the future. The food quality and customer service at this establishment are unacceptable. I will be sharing my negative experience on social media. This restaurant needs to improve the quality of their food and service.

The aroma was fantastic. The spring rolls were tasty, but the sauce was a pale pink and lacked flavor. The rice was extremely overcooked and mushy, not at all like fried rice. I requested and paid for extra broccoli, but there was more carrots, onions, and zucchini than broccoli.

Food is great, and I have no complaints at all. However the random days it?s closed, or the phone isn?t working for delivery can be tricky. Prices are more expensive ordering online has more expensive prices than calling in an order, so I try to avoid online orders.

I?m really surprised by the negative reviews on here, those people were probably bored and miserable and wanted to ruin someone?s day lol. Anyway, I?ve been to hibatchi boy 3 times now and I am hooked! The boba was amazing quality and also the drunken noodles. I didn?t feel disgustingly full after the meal so I can tell they use quality ingredients! Will be back for more, my new favorite place in Waukesha.
