Cousins Subs - Waukesha

I ordered a Philly cheese steak here, and instead of the usual sliced steak, it came as a whole piece. Some people might like that variation, but it wasn’t what I expected from a traditional Philly. The bread wasn’t very good either, and I found it to be quite pricey for what I received.

On Monday, I visited the restaurant and noticed it was quite empty, with only a pair of customers in the dining area and four sandwich artists working behind the counter. The order app indicated that our order would be ready in 10 minutes, but it actually took over 20 minutes to prepare two subs and a salad. Unfortunately, the staff seemed a bit disorganized, which was disappointing given my expectations.

The cheese curds are tasty, but the sandwiches are disappointing—there's barely any meat for the price. I won't be ordering anything but the cheese curds again.

Not only good food, but in the last two days I came through the drive through the sweetest worker gave me supplements that only make my heart smile. It adds my great experience with cousins. She's doing my day!
