We arrived at 4 PM, and the servers were still getting organized for their shifts. Since we only had a limited amount of time to eat before our appointment, the bartender quickly stepped in, seated us in the dining room, and took care of us right away. He was fantastic—calm and professional throughout our visit. When I asked if he was the manager, he replied, "No, just a bartender." Well, sir, you did an outstanding job, and you are definitely more than "just" a bartender! This was on Tuesday, March 15th, at Waukesha Sunset Drive.
