I placed an order for pickup with specific instructions at this restaurant. When I got home, I realized that one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly, despite me asking twice to confirm it was made correctly. This was our third visit in the past week. When I called to address the issue, I received no apology, just a offer of credit for the missing cheese. I believe a credit for the entire sandwich would have been more appropriate. It's disappointing that they would rather lose a lifetime customer over a $5 credit. Despite being willing to overlook the less than clean environment in the past, this incident is the final straw. It's a shame that they do not prioritize listening to their guests. Hopefully they will improve in the future. Thank you.

Never a bad meal at Guys. We always use drive thru as I do not walk so I can not comment on interior. We have eaten most every available menu item and never disappointed.
