Mountain Mike's Pizza - Watsonville

This restaurant serves the best pizza in the area. The pizzas are completely customizable. They may be slightly pricey for a pizza, but the quality of the food is worth it.

I was a loyal customer to Mountain Mike Pizza in Watsonville. From all times I ordered online, today the worst delivery and customer service I received was only from the owner Diane, but not from the workers there. When I placed my order, it said about 50 min. My pizza was delivered only after 1 hour 30 min. The first time I called was just to mention that the main entrance of Apartos was closed to call me when they were here. Second call, was 20 minutes after seeing where my pizza was, and if I could get a discount waiting for too long. Diane told me that the supplier was close and that she was very busy. 3. Call was to cancel my delivery, one of the workers, very politely informed to the supplier for 5 minutes, if not call and cancel the order. 4. Call was to cancel because more than 5 minutes had passed and I didn't want to wait. I spoke to the owner and very rudely she told me to let the deliveryman know I cancelled, and she put the phone on me. 5. and last call was to complaints why Diane the owner suspended the phone without confirming if I would get a full refund. This is the worst experience I found at Mountain Mikes in Watsonville. And believe me when I treat a bad experience and miss in a place, I'm not going back. So I don't recommend Mountain Mikes. Maybe different from Watsonville. Every time I ordered, more than $60. I'll spend it somewhere else. I just want to thank the polite workers they have there.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant with poor attention, terrible service, and unfounded accusations of extra charges for a dish and drink I did not order. The pizza also appeared stale and overcooked.

Was not really good there was a fly in the Cheese and the staff named diann was really rude and had bad aditude. I would not go back to that place she also wouldn?t give me my receipt

I ordered Mountain Mikes for delivery the pizza was ok, but they forgot the paper plates and the ranch I asked for, so when I called to complain, they said they did not charge me for the ranch and the driver forgot the plates. I do not recommend ordering from here customer service is lacking.
