Carmonas is the real deal. Had the Aubergine Parmigiana Special last night and was Wowed. John is an excellent cook. I've never been disappointed. John and Juanita are great. I recommend Carmonas.

Watsonville does not offer much in pasta offers, but the Wednesday spaghetti dinner special here is excellent. It comes with a good help of salad before a juice serving the pasta with Italian sour meat sauce.
