Applebee's Grill - Watsonville

Today Jonathan was our server. He was very kind. We ordered in the Happy Hour menu. Sweet Asian chili boneless wings were excellent. Always ask for extra sauce.

Everything here was great. We tried the two for $25 dinner. We had the boneless buffalo wing appetizer with the Asian chicken salad and BBQ rib plate. The serving sizes were large, price was cheap, service was definitely better than average. Definitely recommend.

Food is always good. We like to come here to sample their latest mixed drinks, although I will say they are usually quite easy on the alcohol and are more of a novelty. If you order a regular drink from the bar, they seem to contain a normal amount of alcohol. The staff is always beautiful and attentive.

Service was slow. The food was cold, and you'll need to pay attention when you are paying your check. I ordered the 2 for $26, with 2 glasses of water, but received a bill for over $82. Looking at the details on the bill, which was not ours , attempted to get my waitress, with no success, I stopped another employee multiple times after asking her if she could send our waitress over?The employee went into back, I guess to let her know, and our waitress didn't even come over. So I asked the same employee if she could get the manager. The manager was quick to respond, but instead of accepting the error, he wanted to blame the kiosk

Went to the bar we just ordered two beers. The bartender started making somebody else’s drinks. Poor service, bad attitude. I will never come to Watsonville Applebee’s again. I’m just passing through and I’m really really hungry.
