Papa Johns Watford

I never received my food at this restaurant. The manager, Virek, took my money and continuously lied to me, claiming that my order was on its way. After waiting for hours, he continued to make up excuses about the drivers and other lies. Ultimately, I had to fight to get my money refunded. This establishment is a total scam, with Virek being deceitful and untrustworthy.

I never received my order and suck my 21 pounds and a few pence, pack up your store now. Take care. Cheerio

We ordered pizza over the phone and paid for it in advance. Within 2 minutes, I realized it was the wrong store and that I couldn't pick it up. The restaurant said they couldn't do anything until I picked it up. After waiting for about 10 minutes, they agreed to deliver it for an additional £5, to be paid in cash upon delivery, which I found to be unreasonable. After a total bill of £45 plus the £5 delivery fee, I have no intention of returning to Papa John's. To make matters worse, they delivered the chicken 35 minutes after the rest of the food. It was a nightmare experience.

The pizza is fantastic. There are some great deals available right now. The delivery service includes good social distancing measures. I highly recommend it.
