Papa John's - Watford

Shocking service from this store, order wrong on arrival, but was sorted once called and reported. Within in this order we ordered oreo bites which had no oreo in whatsoever, we pulled these apart to try see exactly what was going on, again rang the store and reported again new item was dropped off, but demanded we give the old one 's back, the the driver then proceeded to argue with me telling me we ate the inner contents, saying this no good this is no good accusing me of lying. An absolute abysmal service would not recommend

Fix your alarm! People live here and work shifts, we shouldn't be woken every other day by your piercing alarm at 8am, I'm contacting the council, I've had enough. Once it is fixed I will remove this review.

This place is a rip-off!! Avoid to order here. They overcharge the pizzas, I asked for the receipt and they said they couldn’t give it. We order by phone 2 pizzas, he charged us £10 more and he said it was by mistake, afterwards he said he can make us another pizza. Be careful!

The pizza arrived in terrible condition, it appeared to have been dropped.

The service at Papa John's on St Albans Road is awful. The pizza always takes at least 30 minutes longer to arrive than the website indicates it should be ready for delivery, leaving it cold by the time it reaches us. Today, we waited 35 minutes after the website said it was ready, only to be told by the restaurant that there were issues with their ordering software and driver system, and they couldn't give us a delivery time. They should not accept online delivery orders if they cannot fulfill them on time. We ended up having to go pick up the pizza ourselves.
