Schuyler Meadows Country Club

I can't believe I'm the first one to review this place! I'm not a member, but I attended a wedding there last weekend. The atmosphere reminds me of the Mashomack hunt club, but in a suburban setting catering to affluent golfing corporate types. The building is old and beautiful, the staff is attentive, and the overall vibe is upscale. The food was surprisingly good, the wine selection was decent, and the cake was lovely. The view from the venue was also very pretty. I wondered if there were rooms on the second floor where guests could stay overnight. While I didn't partake in any wild antics, I did have a humorous encounter with an intoxicated woman in line for coffee. Overall, I give this place four stars for providing a memorable, classy, and enjoyable experience, although it falls short of the five-star experience at Mashomack.
