Hibachi Supreme Buffet - Waterville

What I expected was an average Chinese restaurant from a small strip mall, rated around 3 stars. However, what I received was an excellent meal that wasn't greasy at all. I ordered the chicken lo mein for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. This will likely become my new go-to lunch spot when I'm working in the area.

The food is good but the vibe is very scary. Something about it is just Lynchian and you have to go there to fully understand it. Last time I was there they had a sign saying they were closing the business soon, so go there immediately.

I don't get the negative comments! This is a great place to eat! It's the only Chinese restaurant my family and I go to. We will be visiting July 29th the day after my sons birthday to celebrate! The workers are always awesome every time including the guys that come from outback with the food. They always check on our table and refill drinks! They may have a hard time understanding people but that's expected they are from another country or language but they really try! Never had a problem with bad or cold food always good when we go! We really enjoy it and I'd recommend to anyone! Great prices too

We go to this buffet a few times each summer, it's good food, big selection and pretty fun to go to. Very, very nice staff too. We all enjoyed the food and it was kept nicely. Easy going, casual and totally kid friendly atmosphere. Good price and you can bring a lot of people there's plenty of space. Nice spot!

Food taste ok. It is a buffet but not much variety to eat. No hibashi. Service was good.
