I called tonight to order a steak and cheese, like I have done in the past, and also ordered a small 10" cheesy breadstick. The woman I spoke to was quick on the phone and asked me if that's all I wanted before I could even finish speaking. When I picked up my order, it seemed strange and when I checked it after driving away, I noticed that there were no veggies on our sandwich. When I called to inquire about it, they said the reason my sandwich only had meat was because I had ordered a steak and cheese. I questioned why it didn't come with veggies and they did not attempt to fix it or help in any way. They also claimed that there were two sandwiches on their menu - a steak bomb and a steak and cheese - which I later discovered was false. Upon returning home, we found that our breadsticks were not cooked. This experience has left us very disappointed and we feel it's time to take a break from this restaurant.
