Starbucks - Watertown

I am in the hospital this Christmas and my drink was perfect in a nice holiday bag. Thank you all for working on the holiday, I know it’s a rough day to work, but I deeply appreciate the little bit of joy you gave me this Christmas.

Parking lot is a nightmare. No one knows how to park. So almost 3 accidents.

30 minutes for one drink? But I would like to definitely come back and hope they will improve.

The coffee is delicious. It’s fall, so it’s the season for toffee nut latte~Please serve it deliciously.

It sucked. Worst Starbucks ever. Sat for twenty minutes. Finally went up, showed them receipt for order and they said “was it mobile?” I’m lie, I’ve been in that chair for twenty minutes. Couldn’t take it and walked out.
