Olive Garden - Watertown

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the service is fast. I want to give a special mention to our server, Maryanne, who promptly brought a cloth soaked in Club Soda to help remove a red sauce stain from my sweater. My granddaughter and I both loved our Eggplant Parmesan, which came with unlimited salad and tasty homemade breadsticks. The price for both meals was quite reasonable. I will definitely return to this restaurant during our next visit to Watertown!

Olive Garden always delivers a great experience! The location in Watertown was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our server, Tiffany, was exceptional. With a group of 13, she remained attentive, professional, and personable. She provided excellent service and was very observant of our needs!

However, yesterday was a pleasant surprise! We finally enjoyed our meal there and felt it was worth the price. During our earlier visits, which were on weekdays and outside of peak hours, the service was consistently lacking. Yet yesterday, despite being in the middle of the lunch rush, the service was excellent. It’s unfortunate that consistent service quality is crucial for a great dining experience. I left a 30% tip for our server yesterday as a reflection of our positive experience.
