The staff at Boston House of Pizza truly excels in providing outstanding customer service. They are always willing to address any concerns if a customer is not completely satisfied. Just yesterday, September 22nd, I witnessed a very rude customer yelling at the front desk staff because his pizza was not delivered directly to him and his little brother ate some of it. How absurd is that? Delivery personnel are not responsible for who consumes the food that is delivered. I felt terrible for the BHOP staff, enduring verbal abuse from someone who clearly wasn't being reasonable. BHOP offers excellent food and top-notch customer service, and they consistently deliver promptly. I've been ordering from them for nearly five years now. People, please treat others with kindness, just as you would like to be treated.

I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant. My food was never delivered! They handed it over to someone who falsely claimed to know me and my address. Please avoid this place!

I ordered 8 large pizzas for a birthday party, and they were ready just as promised. The staff even helped us carry them to our car. Thank you!

This hidden gem features a digital menu and beautiful granite countertops throughout. I ordered a delivery pizza, and it was fantastic! The crust was thick yet crispy and easy to chew. It arrived hot, and I appreciated the sturdy pizza box—it’s thick and not cumbersome, making it easy to transport home. Overall, I'm really impressed! #rainbowmaster shale approved.
