It was such a great experience meeting an individual with such a pleasant and welcoming attitude. All mangers should be like him. Also I received my food quickly and he even asked if I need anything else that would complete my order. Very professional. Quick service .Great food.
Horrible customer service. Waited 10+ minutes at the window for food with our 2 little ones while the employees are just sitting on their phones talking. Got no apology for having to wait so long, also the girl who gave us the food did not even look awake. She said “here you go” and we said “thanks” she said “welcome” with a rude tone and slammed the door. Embarrassing, please get new employees!
I was extremely displeased by Vic’s service. Gross incompetence. Good food.
The Manager that was on duty not long ago picking on my autistic child threatening his mother in front of him and being disrespectful for a mother sticking up for her autistic son and you messed up a bacon king comes with bacon on it you can't remake the burger and put bacon on it and called the cops on a mom sticking up for autistic child poor services never go there again everyone boycott this burger King until the Manager that disrespect my autistic child threaten his mother in front of him called the cops on her for sticking up for her self my autistic child and all to do this making my child scared cry and everything I want the Manager fired as quickly as possible you don't do that in front of a child
I am always the number one byurger king fan but vic has ruined it for me… I came every day for breakfast lunch and dinner, supersize me style, but now I shall never ever return.Thanks a lot, Vic. Nominate her for worst employee of the month!
