Widley Cottage - Waterlooville

This is the best Chinese takeout in the Waterlooville area that we have all sampled.

I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. The service is great for takeout, and the meal type is dinner. The average price per person is between £20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5. I highly recommend trying dishes like Chicken Balls, Duck Chow Mein, Sour Chicken Balls, Barbecue Sauce, Shrimp Omelette, and Chips.

I ordered a special Foo Yung from this restaurant, but unfortunately it was nothing special. It was more like a plain omelette with only two small pieces of meat that I couldn't identify, half a prawn, and no bean sprouts. There were plenty of onions though. I don't think I'll be returning. The service was for takeout and the meal cost between £1–10 per person. I would rate the food a 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 1.

I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday evening, March 11, 2022, and I have to say it was excellent. The food was amazing with generous portions. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. 10/10!
