Friendly quiet pub with spacious beer garden and sun room, the sun hits the garden late into the afternoon. Reasonable range of beers and spirits and lovely food.
A lovely pub in a lovely village. Just over a mile from the nearest railway station (Rowlands Castle). Beer not cheap, but if you want cheap beer go to Wetherspoons! Food looks good but haven't eaten there.
Had a great time. Food, service and venue was first class, great choice and value for money.
Lovely traditional pub with restaurant (bar area) and conservatory. There is also outside seating but it was chucking it down when we visited. Short but nice menu with ‘Sunday Roast’ on the menu. Asked for medium rare beef and my wife the Turkey. Mine came a little grey but was lovely and the Turkey was moist and tasty. Both plates were very full of meat and vegetables (nicely cooked al dente). Too full for desert. Staff friendly and efficient, easy parking. We will return and will recommend to others.
