WingsUp! - Waterloo

Havent had these in a while because wild wing is giving them a run for their money and is closer to my house but Wings up was always my go to place when i lived in kitchener. Big saucy wings never dissapointed! A bit over priced considering you get a single carrot stick and celery stick with your wings.. that could use some improvement, but otherwise flavors are great! expect to wait a few mins, they are made to order, but they are worth the wait.

Today, we decided to try out Wingsup for the first time and ordered delivery. Our food arrived at our door within 50 minutes, which was a good sign. The wings were a decent size and I ordered a meal that included a generous amount of veggies and a side with dip, more than what you would usually get at Wild Wing. I opted for onion rings as my side, which I enjoyed. I also tried the daily appetizer special, which was spicy perogies that were tasty but not too hot, served with sour cream. My only complaint was about the sauce - I selected hot but ended up with hot barbecue, which I found too sweet for my liking. Next time, I will make sure to order louis sauce instead. Overall, I was happy with our order from Wingsup.

I like the honey mustard wings so the boyfriend and I went to get 1 lb. of wings. We were told that if we wanted two different flavours we had to buy two 1/2 lbs. Never had this happen before in any visit. Rude and dishonest. Promotes them selves as Canadian and fresh. Dirty even though they don't really have an area to eat. Don't do it ... It's not worth it.

Ordered delivery from Waterloo WingsUp and received a chicken Caesar wrap that was filled with slimy, brown to black lettuce. I called the store and the teenage kid who answered the phone informed me they didn't have any time to send me another wrap, but I was welcome to come to the store and get a new one if I didn't want to eat this one. What an absurd way to handle this tell the delivery customer to find a way to get to the store to pick up another wrap. The manager finally deigned to call me back and fought with me on the phone, denying the kitchen used bad lettuce and saying she watched them chop fresh lettuce firsthand. An obvious lie, as one can see from my atrached photos. But I was treated like I was the one in the wrong and that I should be grateful that they would send me another wrap...which, unsurprisingly, came packed with the same slimy lettuce. Will never eat here again, as I am weary of a management team that is as immature as this one and a kitchen staff as untrained and unsafe as this one.

I tried some Wingsup pizza and wings on a take out dinner night at a friends house I was impressed with how good the pizza was, not to mention the wings, I'll have to try it again though as I don't think I got to eat as much as wanted due to kids devouring it very quickly, haha.
