Williams Fresh Cafe - Waterloo

The latte was great. The costumer service-not so much. The closer had abruptly kicked us out early and was shoving the broom stick in between our legs to get us to hurry out of the doorway. ?

Dirty and messy place, It looks like closed. I've been in Williams coffee in Burlington and St. Catharines and were good, but this place is really bad.

A great place to have your coffee, the best part is that they have the option of sweetening your coffee with honey.

The staff at this restaurant could benefit from more training to improve their knowledge of the menu items.

As with apparently all Williams Cafes, service was terribly slow. We were the only three people in the restaurant and there was no one in the drive thru. Yet it took more than 20 minutes to get a latte, a tea and a smoothie. We could easily have walked to the Tim Hortons down the street and returned with the same number of items in that time!While the food and drinks are always good, the service at Williams cafe is always slow, and this one was no different.
