Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed my order just before 10 o'clock, and their system indicated I had 30 minutes to complete my order. However, no one confirmed my order for 45 minutes, nor did they cancel it. Eventually, I ended up with two different servers, and by the time the second one arrived, it was too late for him to do anything since there was no food prepared for him. He tried to call me, but it was before I received any cancellation notification, so I couldn't add anything to my order. In the end, they informed me that they were closed, which was frustrating. I just wanted to know if they weren't going to fulfill my order, so I could find another place to eat. Wasting 45 minutes of my time, along with fuel money—especially considering current travel costs—is simply unacceptable. I won't be coming back.
The cashiers took their time adjusting our bill, and after reprocessing the payment, we thought everything was resolved. However, when we got home, not only was one item missing, but two other items were incorrect, and both mistakes resulted in us receiving cheaper products. The food and service were both terrible. This was only my second experience at Taco Bell, and it will definitely be my last.
I experienced extremely poor customer service at this restaurant! When I went in to place a few takeout orders, the woman at the front counter completely ignored me; she didn't even acknowledge my presence. I felt very unvalued, and I noticed several other customers waiting who were also voicing their frustrations about the lack of attention. It seemed as if the woman at the front was in her own world, looking distracted, while other employees talked amongst themselves rather than helping customers. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I'm so disappointed that I won't be returning. I’ll make sure to inform my family and friends to steer clear of this place!
I love taco bell. this place makes me hate, literally! we went there during the week, no one was on the parking lot except two employees on break. I know what you think, fast service right?! no! now stop that positive things have happened, a star review here . we have been clean, full and ignored. After 2 minutes we will be told a minute. after 10 minutes a girl came to us and said you had to wait. I said we were going. then went back today and coveted it. we are told again that we had to wait. this time 5 minutes and we ordered everything in order, except the manager was the drive thru and filiale, but it was full staff. Anyway, my eating was burned, actually burned but everything there, so bonus? will not be back to this place and if the owner was intelligent, they would be restful and retrained.
I had ordered bean box and specifically asked them twice while picking up my food. I took two bites of one of the items and it was beef. I am a pure vegetarian and these people made me eat meat. They are not even picking up my phone. This is very irresponsible of the employees. This led to me puking for a long time. Action needs to be taken against the person who made and served me this food. And give me a refund for my item. I am really agitated and I really hope no one else needs to face it.
