Absolutely GREAT service! Kyle is an absolute gem. Had excellent recommendations. Listens and goes through the menu thoroughly to your needs. Even if you don't get him as a server, the food alone was fantastic!Food: 5/5

Honestly the mac and cheese was dry and bland with very little corn, tomatoes (which weren’t roasted well). The crumb topping didn’t have any flavor either. The roasted chicken breast wasn’t good either, it was also bland. Not my favorite dish. My dining companions all enjoyed their dinner(coastal risotto, fish and chips and proof burgers) . Also I had stated it was our anniversary yet no mention of it at all by our server. I wasn’t expecting anything free, but a Happy Anniversary would have been nice (it was our 20th anniversary). I mean why ask that question at the reservation stage if a special occasion isn’t recognized? Also too much perfume smell from the hotel lobby, it was overwhelming

Had a fantastic evening at proof kitchen, food was excellent,staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

Our delightful Chef’s Table evening was more than savouring wagu steak, sturgeon caviar and summer truffles. It was Chef Ryan sharing his passion and stories about each of the 7 courses that made the evening a memorable experience. Can hardly wait to do it again.Food: 5/5
