Marble Slab Creamery Waterloo

I am not a fan of how Marble Slab closed down. I hope the owners can either open another franchise or start their own store.

I was disappointed to find out that this restaurant is temporarily closed. I enjoyed dining here and personally, I like it better than the Kitchener location. The staff members are welcoming and skilled, and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy, offering suggestions on flavors and ensuring a satisfying dining experience. I hope they can reopen soon with the same team.

Recently, I treated myself to a delicious dessert at Marble Slab Creamery. I adored the wide selection of mix-ins and flavors available. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great service. This is definitely the ideal place to fulfill your ice cream cravings!

Love that they use marble slabs to mix their ice cream. Nice flavours. Tried the 2 chocolate flavours (not the chocolate chili) and they were both good. Think they could add in a few more mix-ins. The brownie bits were hard and dry, I guess that's my main complaint.

Vegan oatmilk icecream is really bad. Weird texture, and sticky too. I do love vegan icecream but this is not it. Not worth the price and I couldn’t eat more than a few spoonfuls. D spot nearby has better vegan icecream by far.Customer service was nice but overall had to keep repeating myself unfortunately for the same question.I would not come back for their vegan icecream.
