The service at this restaurant was exceptional! The cashier was very attentive and extremely funny. She took my order with great skill and precision, making it one of the best Fast Food experiences I've ever had.

I visited the restaurant today specifically for a buster bar pack and an orange julius. Unfortunately, out of 6 freezers, 3 were completely empty, with no popsicle-style DQ treats available. The remaining freezers only had limited cakes. To make matters worse, all flavors of the orange julius were sold out, so I settled for a blizzard which had runny ice cream. The store's stock, including candles, appeared low, giving the impression that it was about to close. Overall, I was not impressed with my experience. However, the cashier was welcoming and attentive, which was the only positive aspect of this location.

My family and I visited this restaurant last Saturday, which is usually quite busy on weekends and has a laid-back atmosphere. Even though we had to wait in line for a few minutes, the staff were calm and courteous with customers, always ending each transaction with a smile. We ordered 6 blizzards, all of which were well made and delicious. We live in the Laurelwood area and enjoy coming to this restaurant. The owner is very friendly!

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I waited for 20 minutes only to be told that they only accept cash. They should have had a sign letting customers know. I will not be returning to this location.
