Beautiful light game and an important capacity with two and more table (10 seats). View on the road and soundproofed external noise. The restaurant side is closed on Monday.
A very welcoming place we are like at home and very friendly customers we feel relaxed a good breath of fresh air we revitalize I continue to attend this place too nice thanks to the staff
It's all there, I'm going mainly for my passion for the Beatles and the Second World War, but also for food and travel.
A good place to drink a drink. There's also a way to eat. In fact the seafood trays come directly from the restaurant next door. Bruyant but nice. Ideal in group and with guindailleurs friends.
A quaint, dare I say snug little Irish pub outside the town centre. In true Irish pub style, and in contrast in other bars in Waterloo, the Snug is somewhere you can always strike up a conversation with strangers. People who go there are naturally friendly, and the confined spaces help too. There's also a decent sized outdoor terrace where, once again, I keep finding myself chatting with someone new. Otherwise it's rather quaint, but unremarkable. Good pub food, nice traditional decor, and prices in line with Waterloo (ie. slightly more expensive than it should be). The main problem is that it lies far out of the town centre, so if you start your night where the rest of the nightlife is, it's a bit of a trek to get to. The one thing I do lament is that the staff aren't Irish. Don't get me wrong, I love the Belgians, but there's something very comforting about Irish staff in an Irish pub. And since Oscar's in Waterloo town centre does have lovely Irish staff, AND makes possibly the best burgers I've ever had in my life, I have little reason to ever go here.
