Pizza Deli - Waterloo

For truly amazingly fresh tasty pizzas and pastas you must go to Pizza:Deli! This outstanding restaurant is in the Green Square district. The venue is airy and light and they do dine in, take-away and home delivery. Their quality ingredients are a stand out and so fresh. Everything here is made in-house too!

I love, love, love this place! When we got invited to a foodie meet-up we had never heard of this place before. But now, we are so glad we went. Their pizzas are amazing! The pesto vegetarian being my favourite. They have quite an extensive menu and can cater for dietary requirements. Their nutella calzone is also to die for. The service was on point and everyone there is super friendly. The deco of the place is also quite easy on the eye. There is a mural of their pet pug on one wall which was well done. Also the lighting in the place is super good for taking heaps of photos. Would definitely recommend this place to you all.

What do I love about this pizza joint? Everything. The flavour, the affordability and most of all- the friendliness of their team and cleanliness of their restaurant (including the toilets) all of it makes this branch my go-to pizza place in Waterloo. Start with their Prosciutto Insalata and from there choose whatever pizza you like as I’m sure it will all be tasty. A must-try in my opinion is their Hot Sopressa Salami. Yummy!

I enjoyed all the food I have tried so far. Love the half half option that I can taste more flavors. Last time I got garlic prawn, pesto scallop, Potuguese chicken, Moroccan lamb and loved them all. The chicken wings were very nice too. Definitely will go back for more!

You know the pizza is done right when it doesn't flop over as you pick up a slice. The topping to base ratio is perfect. Everything is freshly made and staff are super friendly. Just thinking about it as I write this review is making me hungry. I would come back again!
